Cylinder #4 to Bleed Rail

Coolant hose tying the left cylinder head outlet (cylinder #4) to the bleed rail. Specific to 1986-1992 Vanagons with the 2.1L waterboxer and factory air conditioning; non-A/C models use a different hose. One required per vehicle.
